Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are advance purchases on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you complete checkout, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them to you when they arrive in our boutique.
Pre-order merchandise can be purchased in four ways:
- You may pre-order merchandise directly from our online boutique and pay for your items in full. Your credit card will be charged upon checkout.
- You may call or e-mail us with your pre-order list and we will take a 25% depost on your items. The balance will be due once your merchandise arrives at our boutique.
- You may choose the invoice 25% option when checking out and we will send you a paypal invoice for your 25% deposit. Once your paypal invoice is sent the deposit must be made within 24 hours or your item will have to be placed back into our store's stock.
- You can pay by Credit Card and place in the comments section "pre-order 25%". Your cart will appear to charge your card for the FULL amount BUT it does not. We manually enter in all Credit Cards and you will only be charged the 25%.
Because the items you pre-order are reserved for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, any canceled orders will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain item, you will be refunded your deposit and contacted immediatly.
